Privacy

This page explains what we collect when you visit infinitydigital.dev or send us a message, why we collect it, and how to have it deleted.

Who we are

Infinity Digital LLC, a Florida company run by Jeffrey Davidson. For anything about your data, email [email protected].

What we collect

When you send a message. Your name, your email address and what you write. We store it in the site’s own database, encrypted, and a copy arrives in Jeffrey’s email inbox. You get a short email confirming it arrived; it doesn’t repeat what you wrote.

When you visit. Like every website, ours receives your IP address, your browser type and the pages you open. Our security service and our server keep this in their logs, and the site holds it briefly while your visit is open.

We don’t use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we don’t buy data about you from anyone.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your message and talk about your project.
  • To keep spam out of the contact form.
  • To keep the site running and secure.

We don’t sell your information, share it for advertising, or use it to build a profile of you.

Who else handles it

These services run parts of the site for us:

  • Cloudflare protects the site and checks the contact form for spam, which uses your IP address.
  • Resend sends the emails about your message.
  • DigitalOcean hosts the server the site runs on.
  • Backblaze stores our encrypted backups.
  • Our email provider holds the copy of your message in Jeffrey’s inbox.

Cookies

The site sets two small cookies that it needs to work: one keeps your visit together, and one protects the contact form from forged submissions. Neither tracks you around the web, so there is nothing to opt into.

How long we keep it

We delete messages sent through the form two years after they arrive, or sooner if you ask. Jeffrey deletes the copy in his inbox on the same schedule. Our encrypted backups, which also hold the site’s short-lived visit records, can keep a copy for up to two more years before they expire.

Your choices

You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email [email protected] and we’ll reply within one business day.

Changes

If how we handle your information changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
